Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: You will receive regular correspondence after your order is placed and when your shipping label is generated. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your items. If you would like to check the status of your order outside of the status emails, or if your order is delayed, please contact us at care@hemster.co. Please note, sometimes orders will ship in separate packages.

Q: Can I return my order?

A: All Revive purchases are FINAL SALE. If you have any issues with the item you purchased, please contact us at care@hemster.co so that we can assess the issue.

Q: How do I modify my order?

A: If you have already placed your order, but notice any details are incorrect, please contact us immediately at care@hemster.co with your order number and issue. We aim to have orders shipped to customers as quickly as possible, so it is important that you do this as soon as you notice the issue so we can apply any updates or changes to the order.

Q: I forgot to apply my discount code - what can I do?

A: Please contact us at care@hemster.co with your order number!

Q: I received the wrong item

A: Please contact us at care@hemster.co with your order number.

Q: How long does it take to receive my tailored clothing?

A: Once your order is submitted, we begin the tailoring process promptly! Our tailoring services take 1-5 business days from order submission to fulfillment. At that time, your item(s) will be shipped via ground shipping. Please note: we are not responsible for any shipping delays or delays from the courier.

Q: How do I place an order for something to be hemmed?

A: When adding an eligible item to your cart, you will be able to enter an inseam measurement that best fits your desired length.

Q: What if I don't know my inseam?

The inseam is the distance from the uppermost part of your thigh to your ankle. It is easiest to measure the inseam based on a well-fitting pair of pants. Measure from the crotch to the cuff on the inside seam of the leg. The number of inches, to the nearest ½”, is the inseam length.
